Step 1: Access the Auto-Reply Feature

• Click on the Automation, within which you can view all created auto-reply messages.
• There are 2 types of Auto-Reply: Matching Keywords & Reply All.

Step 2: Matching Keywords Reply

• Within the Matching Keywords sub tab, click on the Add Keywords Reply;
• Edit template name, keywords, reply content and attachments;
• Customize the advanced settings as needed.

When a contact's message matches the keywords you set, an automatic reply will be triggered.

Step 3: Reply All

• Within the Matching Keywords sub tab, click on the Add Reply All;
• Edit template name, keywords, reply content and attachments;
• Customize the advanced settings as needed.

When a contact's message doesn't match any keyword templates, this type of template will be triggered.
