Step 1: Click on the username or the business card icon, the contact profile will show on the right side of WhatsApp web;

Step 2: On Profile tab, you can edit profiles to contacts, such as basic info, company info, and add tags as needed;

Step 3: On Notes tab, you can add notes to the contact to record the related matters.
