This feature helps you adding new leads, updating details, distributing contacts among team members, or exporting contacts for analysis. Easily manage and organize your contacts to ensure smooth and efficient team collaboration.

Import Contacts

Step 1: Click on the Import button in the contact page.

Step 2: Download the template file by clicking Download Template.

Step 3: Fill in the contact information according to the template format, ensuring that all fields are filled out correctly.

Step 4: Once completed, click the Upload File button and select the completed template to upload.

Step 5: Click Confirm to finish the import process.

Update Contacts

Step 1: In the contact list, find and click on the contact you want to update.

Step 2: Click the Edit button to edit the contact’s basic information.

Step 3: Modify or add notes, birthday, city, company information, etc.

Step 4: To add tags, click Add Tags, select existing tags or create new ones.

Step 5: Click Save to update the contact information.
