Step 1: Navigate to Quick Reply in the toolbar;

Step 2: Click Add Quick Reply to create commonly used reply templates;

Step 3: Input the details of templates, pro users can create templates with video, image, and file attachments.

Step 4: Click Save.

Step 5: Simply click the send in the template list while chatting.
