Note: Custom Tabs can be added unlimitedly in the Starter, Pro, Growth Version. However, you can also add 2 custom tabs in the Free version.

Add Tabs

Step 1: Click on + on the top area;

Step 2: Name the tab as needed;

Step 3: Click on create, now the new tab is added, and you can sort contacts into tabs!

Edit Tabs

On the edit button, tabs can be renamed, reordered, displayed, hidden, and deleted.

Kindly note that the system tabs cannot be renamed or deleted.

Types of Tabs

There are two types of tabs: system tab and customized tab. System Tabs go with WhatsApp chat status, which includes:

• All: All chats.
• Unread: Chats with unread messages.
• Awaiting Reply: Chats that wait for the contact to reply.
• Needs Reply: Chats that need your reply.
• 1:1: Single contact chats.
• Groups: Group Chats.
